Eastern KY Title was founded in July 2025 by Lindon Gullett, a Kentucky real estate attorney and former Assistant Attorney General who got tired of watching deals fall apart because corporate title companies couldn’t handle the complications. Based in Wolfe County, we serve agents and clients across all 120 Kentucky counties—at kitchen tables, not conference rooms.
Lindon Gullett brings over a decade of real estate legal experience, including his tenure as Assistant Attorney General. In November 2025, John Holder joined as Market President—Kentucky’s first online notary and author of “Kentucky Notary Law & Practice: A Modern Guide,” with 30+ years in Kentucky real estate. We understand Kentucky property law because we’ve practiced it, not just read about it in a corporate manual.
